Didn't think I'd get over 8 hours of running this week considering how bad I felt Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Saw my chance and went for a double Beacon long run.

British Cross Challenge Liverpool. Tough race, ran ok but nothing special. Satisfied after a week of feeling pretty rubbish.
