Not particularly motivated after a day of working and watching the cycling but just as I was leaving I had an idea. Took the map from Thursday and cruised round the course, with the exception that I took the best routes this time..

Much better session than I would have had otherwise.

Urban nights race, knackered before I left and not much motivation for running very hard. Missed 3 mins or so at 7 with possibly the biggest mistake I've made in a long time. Thought that you couldn't get down off the bridge so ran about 400m down to a gap and back, passed a gap that I didn't see on the way and looked at it at the end, you could get down..
