Down to union and warm up.

Running race 32:55 [5] 10.0 km (3:18 / km) +200m 3:00 / km

South yorkshire xc.

1 small lap and 3 large. One large hill on each lap.

Took the first lap easy. Settled into about 10th at the top of the first hill, feeling quite good. Then worked my way through on the next couple of laps to catch up to 7th the second hill and then 4th into the last lap. Felt good and caught 2nd at the bottom of the last hill to the finish and left everything out there in the sprint finish up the hill.

Pleased, especially as I've not really been doing much fast recently.

Easy with Treb. Warmer outside than in.

Crookes, Broomhill, Weston Park, Tram Tracks, Malin Bridge and Heroes. Twice round, feeling ok. Raced the tram on the second loop, was neck and neck for a bit, then far behind, then just before malin bridge caught not only mine but the two in front.. Win

Hills. Rather gradual this week, legs didn't feel great, too many days off recently..
