Taped ankle this weekend and it was ok. Going to stick to roads/big trails for the next few weeks and tape it while orienteering. Will get into the physio in Sheffield too. Shouldn't impact on my training as much as it has this week.

Weird score in Merthyr Mawr, quite fun. Ankle a bit sore and then twisted it a little bit and it was very sore for a while but eased off a bit. Need to get some tape.
