17.00 - 3.00 - Nine beers, two jaegerbombs, prawn cocktail, lamb shank with potato, sprouts and carrots, apple pie and custard, half a piece of chocolate fudge cake.

Lots of running practising long jump and then run home via tescos.

Warm up, drills, 10 x 90s hills, battling today, not feeling good, John pounding away, warm down.

Note

3.00 - Two cheese toasties, hendersons relish and a pint of milk.
5.30 - Apple, multivitamin and a pint of water.
7.00 - Sausage, pepper, mushroom and chilli pasta, big big bowl.
8.30 - Pint of water.
9.30 - Feeling really tired so 2 slices of toast with nutella.

Down to weston park and back, and to collect some controls.

Long night sprint, going ok, some poor choices, struggled a bit to get detail off the map, due to it being dark.

10.00 Half a pack of jelly babies with anwen, bad influence she is.

Down to shuoc intervals. 10 mins.
Intervals (8 (2), 5 x 1 (1), 8 (2)) finishing with some accelerations. 35 mins.
Convoluted jog home. 20 mins.

Note

Thought it would be interesting to log my food for a bit so starting with post training tonight:

8.30 Half a pint of milk, a pint of water and a big bowl of pasta bolognaise.
10.30 Hot chocolate at anwens.

Will be brutally honest, down to every last donut.
