Middle race, running fast but shipping time all over the shop. Not a very good performance. No plans.

25 manna, technically easy and pretty fast, felt slow but wasn't caught up in the lillomarka train. Both teams were disqualified in the end.

Run to/from hallam and some hard running on the treadmill so physio could look at my awful gait
