Orienteering 1:05:00 [3]

Nottingham city race, felt shit the whole way but pushed hard and can't have been going that slow. Legs feel heavy now.

Biggest mistakes were, getting stuck in a dead end that was mapped as a throughway between 3 and 4 and faffing about for a bit. Thinking that 16 was the other side of the fence and so going right. Ran past a few roads and doubled back, and a few route choices I'm not sure of.

Blagged a lift up with the planners, but still did a fair bit of running around. And run home through porters.

York City race, never felt like I really got going apart from the long leg.

30 mins to station and back with nic, 20 mins warming up and an hour long committee meeting with the boys.
