Up downs. Legs felt alright but no explosivness. Bit rubbish sprinting

Running tempo 55:00 [3] 11.0 km (5:00 / km) +200m 4:35 / km

About 8 and a bit km of good running in 40ish minutes, and then lots of stops for various reasons. Lots of this was off tracks and it was wett. Probably the closest to tit I could have got.

Run to harriers. Not the straightest way but arrived with muddy shoes and a massive smile. Felt good.

Drills and stuff at track.

Running intervals 40:00 [3] 6.0 km (6:40 / km)

All on me lonesome at track. 3 x 3 x (200m jog, 200m fast, 200m sprint). Felt really good, don't feel it that much now either.
