Faartlek, 2x90(90), 4 x60(60), 4x30(30), 4x15(15) floating on recoveries, 20

Float recovery was a bit hard to do, drifted a bit slower as session went on.

jog round park and home, 25

Starting to feel a bit quicker.

15 mins threshold, 3 mins off swapping into spikes, 5 x 800m off 2mins.

Was very windy and was dropped by rob little and bommy t on the threshold, felt ok on the 8s, getting a bit faster on each one, elle made me go infront on the 4th and I got a bit crazy, then beat it on the last one.

Trains in the morning, Going alright, nothing special, mispunched one loop by running it the wrong way round. Wasn't paying attention.

Sprint in endcliffe, midday, Going alright all be it knackered, but went 7-8-10-9-10, which lost a lot.

Ultra sprint, good, but so tired.

Run to Wincobank, not 20 mins schorah, then jog home from midday session and warm up for evening.

Orienteering 1:40:00 [3]

40 mins, wincobank forest sprint, not pushing it and going quite well, missed a bit on the no paths which im not too happy with.
20 mins, city centre, prologue and reverse chase, felt a bit tired and missed a few good lines but going well.
40 mins, night sprint burbages mines, sloppy but only missed one big mistake due to me not wanting to read the map, rest was alright though.
