10mins warm up then 20 mins of 90/30 then 5 mins warm down. Same amount of hard work as yesterday, but less time. Same amount of sweat too.

Long run out to peaks and round a bit, was going well and didn't feel leg for first hour and a bit, then started to feel it, then it started hurting alot so took a little break but when I started running again it was really bad. So had to walk/shuffle home. Damn.

Me and ralph on an evening run. We were moving pleasingly fast which is good. Normal loop with a couple of extra bits. Lots of up.

First hanging control pick and then ultrasprint then sprinting ultrasprint then doing eden project race. Some fast bits including sprinting back to the car when i realised id left the boot wide open.

Welsh junior squad training. Hanging and then shadowing on penhale... Brilliant area. Did distractions in the afternoon. fun fun
