Braids Hill XC

This almost didn't happen as I realised on the drive to Edinburgh that I couldn't go to the registration as it was in the WOC 2022 embargo (race is fine). I messaged Alex Carcas and he managed to get a number taken to the start for me.

Set off hard and got a lead quite quickly. I slowed on the second lap but I think it's hard to match the intensity of the first km when taking on the hill for the second time. Slower than last year but it was muddier this year. Happy to sneak under 30 minutes.
