Perth parkrun.
This felt like hard work - not feeling hugely great at the minute but I think a lot of it is in my head. The flu I had recently was another set back and my Achilles are still not great so motivation and confidence is pretty low. That said, 14.41 isn't bad and this will hopefully help shake off some of the rust I've been feeling.

Feeling slightly better about this run now, especially as this was the 'alternate route' which Strava has down as 100 m longer than the 'normal route' (5.04 km vs 4.92 km).
