Still don't feel 100% recovered from the 5k on faster stuff but today was a step in the right direction. Felt good on the longer stuff and the 800's were hard work.

It was roasting today and I had a bit of a headache for the rest of the evening after this. Does it count as a 100 mile week if it is not done Monday-Sunday?
