Last time on the track as it is shutting for renovation. White track but wasn't to bad for grip to stay with but started to get slippy in place towards the end. Struggled to get my legs going again. I don't know if this is due to the strength in the morning or just generally getting back into the swing of things. I don't really want to move strength as I like having Monday as a proper rest day..
