Warm up and longer cool down, body feels good just mentally a bit tired (insert your own hallam joke here)

Orienteering 30:00 [3] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)

First loop of the long distance. Went out strongly but lost concentration to the 6th and was already thinking about stopping. Didn't have the concentration today, tired after last week. Going well for a bit, level with Robi to the 5th, although slightly different courses.

Two mass start courses in the night. No paths or reflectors so pretty hard, really shitty area in bits as well. I wasn't very good.
