Week 11 - Fri and stuff. Dad and his health care assistant go to Planet Fitness a couple times a week. Lisa and I joined them and I did my usual stuff. I'm considering week 11 of the plan done. I'm not sure I will do week 12, which is pretty much the same as 11. I may just move on to CoachK rowing workouts.

Visiting parents in Webster, NY. We rented bikes from Tow Path Bikes in Pittsford and headed east along the Erie Canal. Lisa and I rode out 16k together and then she turned around. I picked up the pace and continued on out to Macedon before turning around. Kept up a firm effort just for fun. The cinder path and a west wind kept the speeds down. Once I hit Fairport there was more traffic to watch out for. Nice day and a nice ride. Wish I could have stayed out longer. Rode a Trek Demone with Ultegra; nice enough.

BP loops. Global warming, pfft. It was less than 90F this evening. Hockey stick must really be a wimpy little golf putter. In any case, I think it helped me to have a solid ride. I kind of hid the first thee laps as I still don't feel confident in my recovery. However, at lap 4 I felt I could take a pull. I ended up with some good work the last few laps. By number 6 our lead group had dwindled down to 5 (I think we started with around 25). Then heading S on W Lauther there were just 3 of us. The youngster crushed us motoring away before Jackson Pt. Around Jaskson Pt I was able to push away from the other old guy. Fun ride.

OMP. Had a good climb of Bath House Hill and climbed Loving still in the pack. That's a great improvement from last week and I decided that was good enough for today.
