Wind and waves in lane 6 did not do us any favors. We just didn't have the top end that the others did.

Raced as hard as I could. Tried a 5 stroke bump at 250 and 10 at 500. However, I don't think it every made much difference in my speed.
Pretty happy with the weekend. I haven't done much rowing training so I figure I'm working off base. I think I've got a pretty good based to start building on.
Long day. On the road by 6:30. Home by 10:30.
