"Dam Hills. Legs pretty heavy during day so I wasn't sure how this would go, or if it would go at all. With 3 choco-chip cookies and a 20min nap during afternoon seminar I was hopeful. Turned out OK. No real power but I kept moving. Right achilles has been a little sore - ice after.
1 Winsted loop = up, around & down, up.
1 Dam loop = up, down, up.
1 Dam Hills Loop = 1 Winsted loop + (easy down then over to dam) + 1 Dam loop + (easy back over to Winsted).
