Peleton body weight classes plus some extra stretching. The body weight stuff was hard - getting up and down off the floor is not easy for me but is definitely something I should work on. I will either break my knees or get them more flexible and stronger!

Around and around the neighborhood, a bit slower each loop. Beautiful day so a lot of people out. I took some perverse pleasure in walking down the middle of the road on a few occasions making the cars slow down as I took my time getting out of the way.
