Took Thursday off intentionally but wasn't planning to take yesterday as another rest day. But the howling wind blowing branches all over my yard made me not want to risk walking in the woods and then I just got lazy and didn't do anything.
So did a long hill workout today. It was really nice out and I amused myself by clearing branches off the trails. There were a ton of trees down and small branches everywhere.
The advice they give for training is to be able to climb 3000 feet. I'm 2/3 of the way there!
