30 minutes of stairs (10 wu, 15 doubles, 5 cd)
followed by a bunch of strength (yay - 40 pushups again with much less rest between sets) and then a bit of stretching including some very painful foam rolling of quads

Around the meadow loop with Sandy, in the dark with headlamps after the first 10-15 minutes. But we're not wusses anymore so it didn't deter us! :)

Although we intended to do some jogging, once it was sort of dark it felt a bit scary as the footing wasn't that great. Maybe we'll head down to the drive in the future if it's dark and we feel like jogging.
