Session with Kelly.
I was having some calf pain - sort of like shin splints but more on the sides of my calves - and a little bit in my feet as well, so I started doing some heel drops on the stairs and really stretching out my calves and feet and working my feet. My calves and feet feel a whole lot better but during today's session, the lower part of my hamstrings (right near the knee) kept cramping up. I wonder if the two are related.
