Excursion to the Water Gap to check out the Spackman map. Other than a general "a lot of this should be light green" it seemed in reasonable shape with only a short section of one trail not as prominent as mapped (although I didn't spend a lot of time on trails so it could be worse in other places).

I have a meeting in two weeks with PEEC people to see if we can work out an arrangement to use their cafeteria (and their staff to handle food) for a 6 hour rogaine some time next spring.

I hung 10 streamers and now have some nice training courses up there. If anyone wants a pdf of the streamer locations email me.

It was good to get in the woods. It's been a while since I orienteered and it was fun. I spent a little too much time standing still though and have the mosquito bites to prove it.

Does anyone know if you have a route defined if you can have it show splits? Or do you have to create a "race" to do that?

More yard work. It's exhausting. I feel like moving

Have a strained muscle in my calf - nothing serious but I decided to take a few days off doing any running or hiking.

Unfortunately, also have been on an eating binge...
