Control pickup at Fair Hill. Beautiful day. Could barely walk last night and knee really hurt and yet today I feel great, knee not bothering me at all. Go figure.

Putting in the rest of the stakes at the Water Gap for the Billygoat. I don't think the weather could have been any better than today - hopefully it will be okay on the 19th.

I took a couple of not so smart routes - should have played it safe and gone around, but no, I was too lazy so sat down and slid down some really steep slopes. Maybe not such a good idea when I'm out there on my own. The course doesn't go the way I went when I was hanging though so no one should be tempted to do the silly things I did. I also decided to cut through a swampy area with broken rhododendron and other downed trees. That wasn't dangerous, but probably faster to go around anyway.

Good yoga class. I've been doing a little bit of stretching and strength each evening and hopefully I'll be less sore tomorrow than I was last week after class. I'm always convinced I won't make it through class at about the 15 minute mark and then I always do.
