Tried to jog in places where the footing wasn't too bad which wasn't that many but then again I'm so not used to running that it was probably a good balance.

Very, very tight in the hips. The hiking in the ice and slush the last couple of outings took it's toll I guess.

Hike with Sandy on the very icy trails. Studded shoes worked okay as long as you stayed on the sides where there was still a crust of snow and not in the middle of the trail where there were only frozen footprints.
