Picking up a few night-o controls. A lot of people were nice and pitched in and picked up a few controls for me.

Worked epunch for another 5-6 hours and had to wait for a straggler who was out for 4 hours.

Another great weekend but totally exhausted.

Advanced training sessions plus picking up controls for the training exercises. People seemed reasonably pleased. Sam Kolins volunteered and helped with my training group which was awesome - made all the difference to have the two of us for the big group.

Note

Worked epunch for the night-o for about 4 1/2 hourse No one was out long enough to get anyone worried which was nice. People seemed to like the courses which was also nice.

There was a mix-up at download and in a stupid move I deleted a reserve entry since it was all complicated about who it was and who registered and they said they didn't care and to just delete it. And then when we did the missing runners report we had a start punch and no finisher to match it against. We had a few cadets and others go out without registering so we saw a few of these and I totally forgot about the deleted reserve entry. Eventuall, when it was down to just a few people plus this unidentified starter, Wyatt collected the first few controls on each of the three courses (beginner, intermediate and advanced) to at least see which course they were on and when it became clear that the epunch with no name attached was on the beginner course, it all suddenly clicked. Phew.
