Some hill repeats to balance yesterday's flat outing after cheering on the Wissahickon Trail Classic runners. Almost missed Karl - he's so skinny these days he almost slipped by - and someone said hi to me by name and waved furiously but I can't figure out who it was.

Note

Another couple hours of weeding. And many more to go. Luckily I find it therapeutic and it's perfect for listening to audio books. Not really training but do manage to incorporate some stretching and core work by doing a lot of reaching instead of moving.
