Long, slow hike in the Wissahickon. Could feel the workout I did last night in my glutes. Was planning to go longer but I couldn't fall asleep last night and got up pretty late this morning so didn't get started as early as I planned.

Walking back and forth from my hotel to the convention center. I deliberately took a hotel on the other side of the Baltimore inner harbor from the CC so that I'd at least get some exercise. I didn't leave my meeting badge in my room on purpose but it did mean an extra round trip.

It's probably about a 15 minute walk one way.

Double stair repeats. Decided to only do 3 sets of 10' on, 2' off since I haven't done these in a while and don't want to aggravate whatever is going on in my leg.

I have been very good about stretching the last week (at least twice a day) and it seems to be improving.
