Hill repeats. A little extra weight in the pack. Had to stop three times to take off and stow layers - neck gaiter first, then hat and gloves, then jacket.

An hour or so of yard work. It was raining/sleeting just a bit but I was pretty warm so I must have been working! I'll call it 20 minutes.

hiking 1:03:23 [3] 0.55 mi (1:55:16 / mi)

Double stair repeats - 2:00 single stairs to warm up then 4 x (12:30 double stairs; 2:30 rest) plus an extra bit of cool down.

Need to start wearing pack again.

Ankle still a little tender but did enough icing and ibuprofen and keeping it wrapped that there was very little swelling.

About three hours of yard work cutting back some bushes and pulling up dead stuff. Did the last hour in the dark but once I got going, didn't want to stop.
