Registered for WMOC but haven't yet paid.

hiking 1:25:00 [3]

Same sort of loop as Friday although I took some different trails, it was a good bit colder and I was a bit more bundled up.

walk/jog 15:48 [3] 1.5 mi (10:32 / mi)

The mile and a half on the drive. Wasn't completely committed to jogging and not just walking but after about the first half mile I figured I could make myself finish it.

Got up at 4:30am to take the kids to the airport for their (delayed) honeymoon. Couldn't sleep when I got home and so tired all day. Doing the dvd this evening was all I could muster.

Hiked out the upper trails on this side of the Wissahickon and then jogged back on the drive. This is the hiking part.

It was pretty cold and I was pretty bundled up.

Took a long hot bath afterwards but failed to drink enough after the run and almost passed out when I got out of the tub. Need to watch that.
