trail 54:15 [3]
weight:119lbs

TNT Media special edition to welcome home Dasha. Ran the trails in Tyler Arboretum with Sandy and Dasha. Stopped to pick raspberries on the way back. Ate way too much at the magnificent dinner afterwards.

strength & stretching 3:00 [3]

3 sets of 20 pushups, in fairly quick succession. The last set was hard so I didn't do the fourth one I had been thinking about.

Several hours of yard work. Not really training but lots of sweat involved.

trail 35:55 [3]
weight:119.5lbs

Trail loop with Sandy. Jogged most of it except the one steep hill and then from the crosswalk home.

strength & stretching 3:00 [3]

3 sets of 25 pushups. Several hours between the first two and the third. Got distracted and just forget to do the third set so did it right before bed.

Vetting controls for the Sept. 18th Water Gap event. I billed it as rogaine training and convinced to Mac to come along. It was great having the company on the drive and in the woods and he stopped me from making a couple of mistakes so even better.

Pretty tired; I haven't been on my feet for that long in a while. Need a few more of these before the rogaine.

strength & stretching 3:00 [3]

3 sets of 20 pushups. Unmotivated.

TNT - Sandy and I did our normal loop only in the opposite direction. Great dinner afterwards at Sandy and Karl's with lots of things straight from the Ahlswede garden.
