A morning walk (with a few bits of jogging for 100 paces) in the deep sand in bare feet. My knees always feel great when I'm done.

A very nice, but too short, visit with "the girls" - my 3 sisters, cousin and aunt.

A nice walk on the beach even though the weather isn't the best. Very relaxing!

Same loop that I hiked the last two days. Walked two of the hill sections and from the corner home.

strength & stretching 3:00 [3]

3 sets of 20 pushups, 20 situps. The second set was tough - had to take a rest between the first 10 and second 10 pushups. Took a long break before the third set and it was fine.

Same hike as yesterday. Temp was 95 but it didn't feel too bad. Pretty buggy though.
