Super hilly route in the Wissahickon. Ran - well, jogged slowly - all the uphills but some of the downhills were too much for the knees today. Walked the bit on the drive just because.

morning routine minus the ankle stuff

TNT - with Clem and Sandy.

Ankle is okay but not great; wanted to run since I've been eating way more than I shoud but didn't want to overdo it so settled on 3 miles on the drive. Did that in 29:20; 8:01 down and 13:07 back up.

normal short morning routine - couldn't put much weight on my ankle

Another excellent yoga class with an emphasis on stretching and not too many standing poses which was good for my ankle.
