Hiked the trails in the Wissaickon for about 25 minutes, ran 3 miles along the Drive (half mile splits of 5:19,5:14,5:13,4:46,4:42,4:18), hiked trails home another 25 minutes. Was thinking of running longer but could feel my calf start to twinge the last half mile so didn't.

Easy bike ride down in the Wissahickon. Didn't feel mentally alert enough for the technical stuff so stayed on the major gravel trails/roads but threw in several hills on the access trails/roads into the valley to get a reasonable workout.

walk down to the mostly flat, wide jogging trail in the Wissahickon (10 min) and then walking the last half mile and back home (20 min) after my left calf started to really bother me. I think I bruised it when I took a fall this morning on some steps.

ran 2 1/2 miles of a 3 mile out and back (see above) - half mile splits 5:02, 4:58, 4:47, 4:33, 5:11. Felt sluggish but times are actually faster than average for me.

Jogging on trails in the Wissahickon - around 4 miles I think, but it's a guess. Lots of rocks and roots, some hills.
