In the Wissahickon. My back is sore - a sneeze earlier in the day was excruciating. Not sure what I did; hopefully just slept a little funny.

some things for my back:
1 min plank
30 sec side plank each side
12 pu
squats, leg swings, kicks, etc. for my hips which have been sore
