Saturday Nov 14

Running 2:00:12 [4] 13.1 mi (9:11 / mi)
shoes: Addidas Kanadia TR

1/2 Marathon - Pilgram Pacer at Shawnee Mission Park.

Started too fast and then was cramping for the last three miles. Ouch.
Goal was to break 2 hours. Did it but not without some prodding from Krista as I ran through the cramps. Paid the price with some mucho sore legs the last couple days.

Thursday Nov 12

Running 30:00 [3] 3.5 mi (8:34 / mi)
shoes: Addidas Kanadia TR

Running in Anaheim, CA. I hate running in city streets. Stopping and starting with all the stop lights sucks great wind.

Sunday Nov 8

Mountain Biking 3:00:00 [3] 18.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Mountain biking near Lawrence, KS. We did the North Shore Trail on Clinton lake in the morning and then went directly to the River Trail at noon for a quick loop. North Shore was a little too technical for Krista and she got banged up pretty good. The River Trail was a huge confidence booster. I think we were averaging about 15 mph on singletrack. Sweet!
