Orienteering Meet at Blue Springs Lake. Ran well. Woods were a little thick but better than Weston Bend a couple weeks back. Route choice from CP4 to CP5 could have been more direct. Took a wrong turn coming out of CP6. Corrected quickly.

Morning run at Longview College. Nancy and Krista cancelled. Ended up running solo. Ran slow out and fast back pushing the hills. Good average overall.

I really need to pick up some khaki capri pants and a fuzzy hat to match as they were all the rage there. :-) I really do need some stretchier (sp?) shorts next time as I split mine as I stretched across one gap. Not cool.

Biking - rollers 1:30:00 [3]

Riding my rollers. Only rode off one time. I was watching CNN and a car commercial came on and I swerved when the car turned on screen. Haven't done that in a while. The worst thing to watch while riding rollers is a hockey game. I think I crashed about 10 times during one game a while back. I've never done it but I've always wanted to watch the Tour de France while on a trainer. I'm guessing you'd burn a few extra calories during that workout.
