Mountain Biking 40:00 [3] 4.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
Riding at Landahl. Top trails looked great. It got a bit soggy s I got farther from the parking lot down in the bottoms. Decided to cut it short so I wouldn't tear up trails. Headed back in via the jeep trails which were super sloppy. I had to take a spin down the road to clear the mud off the bike.
Note: After much prodding from Inertia teammate Ryan Slebos, I found some 1.8 inch width tubeless tires for the mountain bike (pricepoint.com @ $20 each). He swears they are faster on the roads and gravel that dominate most long adventure races. I ended up with Hutchinson Bulldogs. I got em up to 38 on a paved hill and the tread is aggressive enough for the dirt but I haven't really taken anything full blast with the wet trails and all.
Soccer 1:00:00 [4]
shoes: Diadora Soccer Shoes
Played another older team tonight, actually better than the team we played last week. We ended up winning 10-2 on some great play. They ran out of steam early and we were passing and defending well tonight. I even scored one and had another beautiful pass that I totally whiffed on. Fun stuff.
Biking - Road 6:00 [3] 1.0 mi (6:00 / mi)

Road a loaner bike over to Krista tonight and then ran back home. John and Amanda donated it so she can train and ride it in the LBL 24 adventure race April 4th. It is a sweet Specialized Hard Rock. I swear it shifts cleaner than my Giant Anthem. I need a tune up.
