Long run with the Marks.
From stock hill carpark, down through the open bit of the map and across some quintessially english fields. Then down a bridle way. This took us to a delightful little muddy track that descended steep doen the hillside with overhanging nettles and blackberry to hold onto. Wish I bought my road shoes. Past some angry dogs, Down a rocky bridleway, through some fields up a small hill, then down with good views of wells & glastonbury.
Into a field, where Mark2 decieded to wind up some cows, sufficenctly that one chased after him, and the whole pack went where we wanted to go. Me and the dr deceided to get in some extra length so did a small diversion. The dog walker entering the field was never seen again
Past wookey hole, where we didn't see the witch. Then into a little gully, with a brutal ascent to a nice cliff top view point. We then encourgaged some small children to run off the cliff. Back across the fileds, where mark2, deceded to throw himself off a small bridge and put his head into the nettles.
Followed by a brillant burger in the castle comfort. Satisfying to do a run that Craney hasn't.
Timed perfectly to escape the rain.
