Orienteering (Oxfrod City Race) 49:27 [4] **** 6.19 km (7:59 / km)
spiked:16/23c (sick) shoes: Old Trabucos

Made the start (by 2 min) which suprised me due to my lack of faith on british rail...

Race was alright, quite complex going into and out of the colleges, but also intermixed with long boring road runs. Had to be careful of whether you could get into and out of colleges, got screwed over on one leg by trying to go out an area which was marked as wall, then trying to go out an open marked exit that was locked etc. Overall pretty fun day in Oxford. Speed still suffering, I thought technically I wasn't too bad.

Run 1:25:00 [3]
shoes: Roclite 315

First real night run (ie when i had a torch). Bit longer than i intended across downs to bridge, then round the aston court mountain bike track. Brillantly theres no bloody dogs out running at night, so i was well happy. Saw a few mtbs and deer but generally pretty quiet. Felt medium to bad, but had some strenght. I'll have to recee ashton court a bit more during the daytime so i don't get lost again!
