Setting controls and checking another sector for the little Internation youth competition the swiss organized but it only ended up to be France that came. Italy and Germany backed out. Still cool for the juniors to have something like that.

Running with my girlfriend Rebecca. I like running with her because we are very similar speeds. Plus when I hang out with her I always want to hang out more. We have so much to chat about. Don't you love friends like that?

You can see by my heart rate that we were chatting a bunch. Ha!

Had a horrible headache last night, was worried I was getting sick (even maybe Corona) and kind of freaked out. Turned out just to be a headache (sinus inflammation), I feel better today already. Biking made it feel worse at first but better afterwards.

Shadowing a girl on my team who really doesn't have the level yet and since it's night-O, I didn't want her to get lost.

Btw, I deleted my social-media off my phone. It's an experiment, but watching the first 20 min of "Social dilemma" motivated me. If you want to share pictures with me, you can put them on whatsapp status (which is also social media, I am aware of that, but i can decide much better who sees what)...

My biggest problem with Instagram is the ads. It makes me feel like I need something new a few times a day and it's bothersome.
