Woke up and had to throw up. Spent the rest of the day between doing what I *had* to do for my kids (like getting them off to school, cooking at lunch), but also found Lena a friend to play with in the afternoon. Slept 3 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. Went to bed at 8pm as well. Kind of worried it's the flu.

Watched the sprint xc-ski racing and did an interval for every 1/4 final, so that makes 10 x 2-2.5 minutes. It was super exciting with the steep climb at the end. It really changed the dynamics of a sprint race. I chatted with Marc in the beginning, that is why my warm-up was so long. I can hardly believe I was on the bike for 1h30, time went by so quickly.
