Much better than yesterday, but orienteered very cautiously, so lost time to Sam when she went straight and I took trails around. Also, I still can't run in this terrain.

Got the stomach flu this afternoon, and then the whole family threw up one after the other for the next 36 hours. Fun. So we didn't take part in the 4th stage and I couldn't get my very likely 2nd place overall. Too bad, but it was fun while it lasted anyway:-)

Walking with Lena with an ocational burst of running to do half the beginners course. She was super motivated on the way to the start, but since the start was 1.2km away, by the time we started orienteering she was a bit less invested.
