Lots of hip pain while unpacking bags, stopped to stretch for a while and watch xc-skiing on tv.

Needed to do a short jog to see how my left hip is feeling, but also to enjoy the beautiful sun and warmth. Wow, it's hot out, like 8°C, almost shorts and t-shirt weather!!

Last ski before heading home. We got the apartment packed up, but unfortunately couldn't leave the car in the parking space after 10am and there is no parking in Davos, especially on Saturday, so we decided to have lunch at the restaurant on the Wolfgang Pass (like last year) and pack up there. The kids went on a horse and carriage ride with my mom and Marc and I had some time to ski one last time. So nice of her!!

Was a bit tired of skiing and also wanted to give my gliding muscles a break. Running felt wonderful in the beginning, but I quickly started to feel my left hip/butt muscles (which were bothering my already yesterday on my long ski). Running in the afternoon made it much tougher than if you go early in the morning, since the snow is softer. I felt my stabilizing muscles working hard and I was actually getting pretty tired after 1hr of running. I had to be back to let the grandparents go for a tour at 15h, so I ran up towards Schatzalp as much as I could before having to head back to be on time.

Went all the way up the Sertigthal today, something on my bucket list for Davos. Wow, was it beautiful, but I got tired as well. Arms are shot from all this skiing. Glad I took the bus this morning to get a bit closer and then skied all the way home.

Sking with my skimo skis at a downhill station close to Davos where Matti was doing a day trip with his ski school. I skied with Urs and we had a blast. All the of lifts are t-bars, so you never really get a break, but it was ok for 1/2 of skiing. It was fun with my skimo skis, but sometimes my quads would really burn. We did 3000m of downhill in about 2.5 hours.

Loved this! Felt so strong and enjoyed pushing hard on the flats and slight uphill. Wanted to go for 20km, but also needed to get back to the kids. Would have been nice but not necessary.

Skiing in an blizzard, it was fun:-) Sometimes it was really strong and sometimes I could see some blue skis. I was off in my own world for most of this ski, which always feels good.

Note

I have knee pain that started after Christmas when I was pulling Lena while skate skiing. It's been bothering me ever since. Yesterday my knee hurt too while skating, so I may just have to do a lot of classic skiing this week, since I didn't feel it at all today.
