I think the last time I did a ski-o was about 12 years. I never really enjoyed it because I am terrible on the small trails downhill, but I guess I have made a lot of progress on my skis, because I had so much fun today and was courageous the whole time and enjoyed the challenge. I did get an official start (even though I paid for it) because we were a bit too late for my start time (last start of the day) after switching on and off with Marc looking after the kids and his race was long enough that it wasn't possible for me to get to my start on time. They would have let me start, but when I got to the start with one of the organizers he couldn't find the start SI brick. So I said I'd go without. Kind of sad in the end because my time would have been good enough to win Damen B (which isn't competitive, but I was proud of my race...).

Running with Natacha; we took the two boys, Matti and Téo on their bikes and Lena in the stroller and went for a run. It was really fun, what an adventure... Natacha did great getting the 2 6 year olds across the streets safely and then carrying the bike while the boys ran up the slope in Peseux. We took a short break at a playground. All in all it was really cool and we were proud of ourselves for doing it.
I have a sore throat. I have been sick since the 8.1... when will this end?
Strength training with Ines. I am coaching her now in strength training. Lets see how this goes. It at least works out well that I also get to do my strength training at the same time.
