Horrible back pain since seeing my osteopath on Wednesday... oops. I think maybe he moved something into the wrong position. I decided to do some yoga this morning even though I have TONS to do for the Fall training camp starting on Saturday. I think is was time well invested. Tonight, my back pain is gone. Pfew.

Basically night-O without a head lamp... just too dark now a days. At least this was the last training before we officially start the night-O season. I didn't have much time to do the course (and I couldn't see anything anyway) because I had to head to a committee meeting for the club.
