A weekend in Gstaad with the Lauenstein crew to celebrate Kathy's 70th birthday. Lucia and I ran to the lake where we were meeting for lunch. She started way too fast for me, so I suffered big time climbing up the long hill. I actually felt like we were doing a threshold run for 2.5 hours.
