Everything pretty stiff, but no pain, so that is good. Busy day with other activities including weeding like usual, but we could eat a bunch of strawberries and the tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, onions and salad are coming along very nicely:-)

Continuing the warm-up with running drills.

10 x 2 min with 1 min rest. I only did 9 of them because I wanted to see the boys finish and I felt my hips cramp up after about 6 of them, so I didn't want to have back pain tomorrow.
