CoupeNE long sprint race in Colombier. This was fun and I felt pretty good the whole way around. Was happy with my time and just a few seconds behind Monika Rollier.

A little run around the block early in the morning because we have a full day ahead of us. Felt proud to do this before breakfast, but I wasn't very peppy in the process.

Another trip around the block running forefoot. My calves are getting used to it but the shoes I had on made my feet hurt more than normal. This was the 4th time i've done this type of style of running, so another 4 times and i think things will start to feel normal.
