Yeehaw! I went training again :-) Feel better today, stomach bug has passed. I probably, however, went out too long and a little too fast after taking 3 days off. My back, hips and knees were stiff afterwards.
It has been determined that I will be running the middle at WOC. Super happy to run the middle, mildly bummed not to run anything else. However, it is certainly the most reasonable choice and makes total sense. I am happy to focus on one thing. That's ok.
